31 May 2009 - 14:36NAB 2009

I recently traveled to Las Vegas for NAB 2009, the event of the year for content professionals worldwide. Plenty of conferences, demos, and new products to drool over.  In addition to staying on top of emerging trends, techniques, and gear, its always great to put faces to the voices that accumulate over the year.  I met up with my friends from Digital Arts, Dennis Wood, President and CEO of Cinevate, Patrick Moreau from StillMotion, and Ray Roman from Ray Roman Films, to name a few.  Enjoy the photos below.

25 May 2009 - 20:55Corporate Event: Community Bank Shares of Indiana

For the fifth consecutive year, Creative Video Solutions co-produced Community Bank Shares of Indiana employee awards program, The Star Awards.  Held each year in February, the program recognizes employees for tenure and outstanding customer service.  Our team plays a major role in the show’s production including: concept, creative direction, scripting, score, art design, pre/live/post video production, and more.  Below is a clip from the live taping of the hour-long show.  All camera angles, graphics, visual elements, and music in this clip were produced and shown LIVE on a 7′ x 10′ screen centered above the stage.  The ‘live-TV feel’ and production value of this concept really captivates the audience.  It turns an ordinary company event into something to remember!

18 May 2009 - 14:16Now on DVD: The Wedding of Jarrett + Ashley

We recently completed the wedding DVD for Jarrett Isenberg and Ashley Kornberg.  They were married at Graceland Baptist Church with the reception following at Horseshoe Casino & Hotel – both located in Southern Indiana.  Over the course of two days, we filmed the rehearsal, dinner, bridal prep, ceremony, and reception.  Without a doubt, the best to way remember your day is to capture it all, from start to finish.  We talk to many couples that only want the ceremony or reception covered.  But that is only part of the story!  Our documentary film-style will tell your wedding story like you’ve never seen before.  All the emotion, laughter, and storyline edited in our New York City facility utilizing the latest techniques and technology.  Gone are the days of boring wedding videos with random shots and cheesy music.  We’re reinventing the way you think about wedding videos documentaries.

Below are some wedding highlights and their original wedding trailer.  The highlights are taken from different portions of their finished DVD.  The clip is about 20 min long, so be be sure to watch it all – especially the trip to the liquor store.  Classic!  (Please note: Picture quality has been reduced to help playback performance.)
