We were recently hired to produce content for Clark Memorial Hospital and their annual employee event, ClarkFest. Over the course of two days, our production team filmed on-location and in our new Jeffersonville, Indiana studio. Services included an ENG crew for on-location, full lighting package, Teleprompter and tech, audio tech, two DPs, one Director, one AD plus three additional days of post-production. Paul Hornung Award

Teamed up with our colleagues at SUP, we produced all video content for the 2011 Paul Hornung Award in Louisville, KY. We provided an HD multi-cam switch, custom CG, video playback, recording, and HD projection on our two 7.5′ x 12′ wide screens paired with 6k Panasonic DLP projectors.

Duke University Webcast

We were recently in Durham, NC producing a live webcast for the Duke Oncology Network at Duke University Medical Center. In what will become a monthly event, each webcast will reach viewers inside the Duke Medical Campus plus other regional network locations. A custom web platform gives remote viewers the ability interact via voice or text, see live video of the presenter and pathology microscope, and view presentation slides. The webcasts are recorded and uploaded for on-demand playback after each meeting.

Barnstable Brown Gala 2010

We recently provided live video production services for the 2010 Barnstable Brown Gala. Working under our friends at SUP, we provided multi-cam IMAG with custom CG and a live bottom line ticker which featured up to the minute derby news. All signals were routed digitally this year via SDI, which provided super-sharp images on plasma and projection surfaces. In addition to the video production, we also provided lighting for the red carpet.

Comfort Zone Camp

We recently produced two short films for Comfort Zone Camp based out of Richmond, Virginia. Comfort Zone Camp is the nation’s largest bereavement camp. Comfort Zone Camps are offered free of charge to children ages 7-17 who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. The camps are held year-round in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia.

The two films were shown at their annual fundraiser in New York City at the Tribeca Rooftop. The event played host to over 400 people that featured presentations, live and silent auctions, and live music by Jamie McClean. Creative Video Solutions provided sound reinforcement for two live band sets, main stage sound, staging, pipe and drape, LED lighting, and multiple video screens.
