Glamour Shoot

Last year, I had the opportunity to work with shooter/DP Sonja Stark and Producer Dan Reardon in New York City. These thirty-second spots were produced for each retailer and shown at various shopping malls throughout the country during the 2009 holiday season.

Duke University Webcast

We were recently in Durham, NC producing a live webcast for the Duke Oncology Network at Duke University Medical Center. In what will become a monthly event, each webcast will reach viewers inside the Duke Medical Campus plus other regional network locations. A custom web platform gives remote viewers the ability interact via voice or text, see live video of the presenter and pathology microscope, and view presentation slides. The webcasts are recorded and uploaded for on-demand playback after each meeting.

CICT 2010 – San Francisco, CA

We recently spent time in San Francisco, CA producing CICT 2010, a cardiovascular conference featuring the world’s leading experts and physicians. We provided all standard audio/visual including sound, lighting, IMAG, plus playback management of Angiographic loops and presentations. We of course spent a few extra days in the Bay Area for some much needed r and r. Below are the pics that survived. R.I.P. 16gb memory card and reader left on Southwest flight #1236.

Barnstable Brown Gala 2010

We recently provided live video production services for the 2010 Barnstable Brown Gala. Working under our friends at SUP, we provided multi-cam IMAG with custom CG and a live bottom line ticker which featured up to the minute derby news. All signals were routed digitally this year via SDI, which provided super-sharp images on plasma and projection surfaces. In addition to the video production, we also provided lighting for the red carpet.

Comfort Zone Camp

We recently produced two short films for Comfort Zone Camp based out of Richmond, Virginia. Comfort Zone Camp is the nation’s largest bereavement camp. Comfort Zone Camps are offered free of charge to children ages 7-17 who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. The camps are held year-round in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia.

The two films were shown at their annual fundraiser in New York City at the Tribeca Rooftop. The event played host to over 400 people that featured presentations, live and silent auctions, and live music by Jamie McClean. Creative Video Solutions provided sound reinforcement for two live band sets, main stage sound, staging, pipe and drape, LED lighting, and multiple video screens.

A few months ago we had the opportunity to work with world renowned photographer Raphael Mazzucco and Fashion Television’s Mary Kitchen for an amazing behind the scenes shoot in New York City (ORIGINAL POST HERE). Post production was recently completed in Montreal, Canada and was unveiled this week at Luminato Art Festival in Toronto and launched on a microsite for L’Oreal Paris and Lancome Canada. Dot Patterson Stroke Institute Symposium

We recently provided audio/visual/recording for the Dot Patterson Stroke Institute Symposium in Louisville, KY. This day-long event featured leading physicians from around the country which the advances in stroke treatment and prevention. Our A/V setup included sound reinforcement, projection, and video taping with PowerPoint/media integration via gigabit LAN and our mobile flypack.

We recently covered Spring For A Cure, an annual fund raising event hosted by the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation & Millennial Society. The sold-out dinner auction took place at the Chelsea Art Museum in New York City and was graced by local celebrities such as Bethenny Frankel, Mark Indelicato, Zuzanna Szadkowski, Connor Paolo, Yin Chang, Leah Renee, and Tor Hamer. Loreal/Lancome/Luminato Project

We recently had the opportunity to work with world renowned photographer Raphael Mazzucco and Fashion Television’s Mary Kitchen for an amazing behind the scenes shoot in New York City. The footage and photos we took will primarily serve as an exhibit at Luminato Art Festival in Toronto, CA June 5th – 14th. In addition, L’Oreal Paris and Lancome Canada will also put the footage to work in a viral campaign. Post is being handled at a facility in Montreal, but we’ll post a link when its ready. In the meantime, enjoy some photos from the shoot below!
