We recently spent time in San Francisco, CA producing CICT 2010, a cardiovascular conference featuring the world’s leading experts and physicians.  We provided all standard audio/visual including sound, lighting, IMAG, plus playback management of Angiographic loops and presentations. We of course spent a few extra days in the Bay Area for some much needed r and r.  Below are the pics that survived.  R.I.P. 16gb memory card and reader left on Southwest flight #1236.

We recently provided all media and video production for the Alpaca Registry’s Annual Meeting at the Memorial Coliseum in Ft. Wayne, IN.

We recently provided live video production services for the 2010 Barnstable Brown Gala.  Working under our friends at SUP, we provided multi-cam IMAG with custom CG and a live bottom line ticker which featured up to the minute derby news.  All signals were routed digitally this year via SDI, which provided super-sharp images on plasma and projection surfaces.  In addition to the video production, we also provided lighting for the red carpet.

We recently handled the video production for St. Elizabeth’s Annual Gala at the Hyatt Regency in Louisville, KY.  Working along side our colleagues at SUP, we provided IMAG and media support.

We recently were at the 47th Annual National RV show in Louisville, Kentucky covering the debut of the Next Generation Platform, the latest innovation from Spartan Chassis, Inc. Read more about it here (PDF).

I recently traveled to Orlando. FL for a few days to cover AGConnect 2010. AGConnect is a world-class international forum for agriculture industry professionals to share global agricultural ideas and management trends. The expo features exhibits of the latest industry innovations, products and technology as well as a comprehensive education program and extensive networking opportunities with industry experts worldwide.  I learned more about agriculture than I ever thought possible.

We recently were at ICUEE 2009 at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center in Louisville, KY.  ICUEE is the exposition for demonstrations of construction and utility equipment and attracts persons involved in the electric, phone/cable, sewer/water, gas, general construction, landscaping and public works segments. Over 16,500 industry professionals from around the world attended ICUEE 2009.

An integral part of the show’s dynamic are the numerous educational sessions provided during the event.  ICUEE education features extensive learning opportunities with leading industry experts on the latest safety, regulatory, operational and technological issues affecting the utility and construction industry.  And we were there to capture it all.  The educational sessions will be available by on-demand webcast in January 2010. We recently produced a live broadcast for the Hosparus Annual Dancing with the Stars and Fashion Show Fundraiser at Huber’s Orchard and Winery in Starlight, Indiana.  This year we added a second live camera feed, instant replay, and live computer graphics – complete with corporate branding and sponsorship loops.  The live broadcast was shown inside the facility to over 400 guests and also recorded for DVD distribution.

We recently produced two short films for Comfort Zone Camp based out of Richmond, Virginia.  Comfort Zone Camp is the nation’s largest bereavement camp. Comfort Zone Camps are offered free of charge to children ages 7-17 who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. The camps are held year-round in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia.

The two films were shown at their annual fundraiser in New York City at the Tribeca Rooftop.  The event played host to over 400 people that featured presentations, live and silent auctions, and live music by Jamie McClean. Creative Video Solutions provided sound reinforcement for two live band sets, main stage sound, staging, pipe and drape, LED lighting, and multiple video screens.

We were recently in Napa Valley, CA for the 2009 Complex Interventional Cardiovascular Therapy (CICT) conference.  The two-day conference featured renowned physicians from around the world.  We provided video/IMAG/taping, media playback, sound reinforcement, and lighting.  Looking forward to more conferences in 2010!  Pics from Napa and San Fran below.
