Duke University Webcast

We were recently in Durham, NC producing a live webcast for the Duke Oncology Network at Duke University Medical Center. In what will become a monthly event, each webcast will reach viewers inside the Duke Medical Campus plus other regional network locations. A custom web platform gives remote viewers the ability interact via voice or text, see live video of the presenter and pathology microscope, and view presentation slides. The webcasts are recorded and uploaded for on-demand playback after each meeting.

Barnstable Brown Gala 2010

We recently provided live video production services for the 2010 Barnstable Brown Gala. Working under our friends at SUP, we provided multi-cam IMAG with custom CG and a live bottom line ticker which featured up to the minute derby news. All signals were routed digitally this year via SDI, which provided super-sharp images on plasma and projection surfaces. In addition to the video production, we also provided lighting for the red carpet.

Comfort Zone Camp

We recently produced two short films for Comfort Zone Camp based out of Richmond, Virginia. Comfort Zone Camp is the nation’s largest bereavement camp. Comfort Zone Camps are offered free of charge to children ages 7-17 who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. The camps are held year-round in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia.

The two films were shown at their annual fundraiser in New York City at the Tribeca Rooftop. The event played host to over 400 people that featured presentations, live and silent auctions, and live music by Jamie McClean. Creative Video Solutions provided sound reinforcement for two live band sets, main stage sound, staging, pipe and drape, LED lighting, and multiple video screens.

A few months ago we had the opportunity to work with world renowned photographer Raphael Mazzucco and Fashion Television’s Mary Kitchen for an amazing behind the scenes shoot in New York City (ORIGINAL POST HERE). Post production was recently completed in Montreal, Canada and was unveiled this week at Luminato Art Festival in Toronto and launched on a microsite for L’Oreal Paris and Lancome Canada. We recently had the opportunity to work with world renowned photographer Raphael Mazzucco and Fashion Television’s Mary Kitchen for an amazing behind the scenes shoot in New York City. The footage and photos we took will primarily serve as an exhibit at Luminato Art Festival in Toronto, CA June 5th – 14th. In addition, L’Oreal Paris and Lancome Canada will also put the footage to work in a viral campaign. Post is being handled at a facility in Montreal, but we’ll post a link when its ready. The 2008 Fuzzy Zoeller Wolf Challenge presented by Healthcare Services is now available on DVD. Copies of the DVD are being sent to participating sponsors as part of the 2009 sponsorship package. DVDs may be offered for sale to the general public later on this year, however, a date has yet to be determined. A video microsite showing the golf coverage in its entirety may be launched as well.

The DVD includes shot-by-shot, hole-by-hole coverage of the unique 18-hole “Wolf” format. The coverage on the DVD captures the look and feel of a true television broadcast with multiple camera angles, an on-course steadicam operator, golfer/gallery/tee box audio feeds, and a custom graphics package.

Hosparus Annual Fundrasier DVD

We recently produced a live closed-circuit broadcast and DVD for Hosparus’ annual fund-raiser at Huber’s Orchard and Winery Plantation Hall in beautiful Starlight, Indiana. This annual event features local business owners, personalities, and celebrities in a fashion show and “Dancing With The Stars” showcase. Below is a sample from the DVD.
