TLC Wild Weddings: Catie and Nathan

When we were recently contacted by the producers of the TLC show “Wild Weddings” looking for wedding bloopers, one particular wedding came to mind. We filmed the wedding of Catie Knable and Nathan Leslie in September of 2007 in New Albany, Indiana. During the ceremony, one of the groomsmen passed out. He didn’t just fall over. He collapsed like a falling tree, right into the front pew. You have to see it (and hear it) to believe it. Love Story Shoot

The weather didn’t really cooperate for the outside b-roll, so we plan to reshoot most of it next weekend in the ‘ville. They are a great couple to be around and we’re very much looking forward to part-two of the shoot!

Now on DVD: The Wedding of Jarrett + Ashley

We recently completed the wedding DVD for Jarrett Isenberg and Ashley Kornberg. They were married at Graceland Baptist Church with the reception following at Horseshoe Casino & Hotel – both located in Southern Indiana. Over the course of two days, we filmed the rehearsal, dinner, bridal prep, ceremony, and reception. Without a doubt, the best to way remember your day is to capture it all, from start to finish. We talk to many couples that only want the ceremony or reception covered. But that is only part of the story! Our documentary film-style will tell your wedding story like you’ve never seen before. All the emotion, laughter, and storyline edited in our New York City facility utilizing the latest techniques and technology. Gone are the days of boring wedding videos with random shots and cheesy music. We’re reinventing the way you think about wedding videos documentaries.

Below are some wedding highlights and their original wedding trailer. The highlights are taken from different portions of their finished DVD. The clip is about 20 min long, so be be sure to watch it all – especially the trip to the liquor store. Classic! (Please note: Picture quality has been reduced to help playback performance.)

The Wedding of Derek and Lindsay

I recently traveled to New Orleans, LA for the New Years Eve wedding of Derek Allen and Lindsay Brown. Derek and Lindsay are close friends of mine, so it was an honor to be there and shoot their wedding photos. Did I say photos? Yeah, scary huh?

Derek and Lindsay were married at a small chapel in the French Quarter followed up by a VIP party overlooking Bourbon Street that lasted well into the night. Below are some of my faves!

I recently flew back to Louisville and filmed the wedding of Jarrett Isenberg and Ashley Kornberg. Filming began at the rehearsal (and dinner) the night before, then early the next morning for the bridal prep at Ashley’s parents home. The ceremony was held at Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany, IN and the reception followed at Horseshoe Casino & Hotel (formerly Caesars Indiana) Harrison County, IN. The wedding was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. I can’t wait to start going through the footage – especially the wild ride to the reception which included a stop at the local liquor store. Movie Trailer coming soon! Screen shots below!

The Wedding of Jeff and Meagan

We recently filmed the wedding of Jeff Kukowski and Meagan Snedeker. The ceremony was held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church with the reception following at Henry Clay in Louisville, Kentucky. After a great ceremony, Jeff and Meagan were ready to party. Following cocktail hour, dinner, and the traditional formalities, “MOSOL” from Atlanta, Georgia ignited the dance floor into a frenzy that kept friends and family groovin’ all night long. Working with photographer Todd Pellowe, we captured some amazing scenes! 8 hours of footage in all! Videos coming soon – check out some screen shots below.
